Greg,
I keep intending to write to tell you how
pleased we are with the outcome of our yard. We tried
unsuccessfully for 9-years to grow grass at our home in
Sunderland, and finally gave up. Our problem was the soil was
just too poor...a lot of sand, with virtually no nutrients.
Your team came in and removed about 30 5-ton dump truck loads of
soil from our garden (around 20,000 square feet of surface
area), and replaced it with high quality top soil. Chris did an
excellent job sloping and compacting the soil, and you finished
with hydroseeding. Your hydroseed product was virtually weed
free, and we now enjoy a beautiful new lawn.
The
attached photo shows the result. This is our new lawn following
the first cutting. Please feel free to use the photo any way
you wish, and if you need any first-hand testimonials, send

Dear Greg,
It is my privilege to thank you, on
behalf of the Sunderland Veterans' Memorial Committee, for
planting the grass around our park. When possible, I've
enjoyed showing our donors in pictures the difference they have
made through their work and gifts. One of the areas you
redeemed is shown a few days before you arrived in the first
picture. The ground was alternatively a landing for enough
rubble to build the set for the Flintstones, about 50 dump
trucks of loam, and then a pile of mulch 15 feet high. The
2nd picture shows the same ground a few weeks after your work.
There were comments that the ground would be so trampled at the
dedication that your seeding would never take. But from
the day of dedication and forward, your work has looked great.
Thank you so much, Greg, for coming in on
what I'm sure was short notice and putting the final touches on
our park. Members of our committee shall not forget the
generosity of your gift or the quality of your work. Thank
